Developed a proposal for an affordable housing project that involved the re-organization of urban development and housing density distribution within New York City. The design was submitted for the Urban SOS: hOUR City organized by AECOM and Van Alen Institute.
Generated geospatial maps of New York City’s socio-economic demography with mapping tool QGIS
Developed a framework for affordable housing by proposing development in underserved areas of New York City
Designed and conceptualized modular housing units that make efficient use of compact space
Provided 3D rendering and graphic design support with SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and, InDesign for final presentation report.
